I am a dedicated and passionate distance runner, fitness trainer, running coach, wife and mum.
After 20 years of being posted around Australia (as my husband was in the army), we finally decided to settle in Yeppoon in 2012. Being an active family you will usually find us spending time at the beach, going for a run, walking the dog or camping with friends and family.
My enthusiasm for healthy living and running led me to leave my career in early childhood to become a fitness instructor and running coach. I soon realised that I could share my passion for fitness, a healthy lifestyle and running.
After fulfilling some of my own personal running and fitness goals over the years, I now aspire to empower clients to achieve amazing results and particularly enjoy working with clients who require that extra care to help them succeed.
I believe health, fitness and running should be for everyone. Whether you’re looking to improve your technique, grow your confidence or even take your first steps from walking to running, I’ll be there with you. I am an Accredited Athletics Coach and Level 2 Intermediate Recreational Running Coach (Athletics Australia) and Strength & Conditioning Coach. I work with runners of all levels, guiding them to achieve their dreams.
I love health and fitness, running, helping others find the best in themselves and I can’t imagine anything more exciting than combining the three.
